Common Questions
How do I see a doctor online?
With FUTURE Health, seeing a doctor online is easy. Log in to your account, click see a "See a Doc Online," and answer a few questions about your health history to get started.
What can my primary care providers treat?
Your FUTURE Health virtual doctor can treat over 300 conditions, including common illnesses, infections, sexual health issues, and more. If medication is right for you, your prescriptions can be shipped directly to your doorstep, or you can pick them up at your local pharmacy.
What about prescription refills?
Your virtual primary care doctor can refill your medication. Login to your FUTURE Health account and click "Get a Prescription Refill" to put in a request. We'll even deliver it to you for free.
How do I pay for virtual care?
Virtual care is included in your $20 FUTURE Health membership. We currently don't accept commercial insurance plans.
Can I use FUTURE Health while traveling?
Definitely. You can see your virtual doctor while you’re anywhere in the world.
